1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the t250 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the t250 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The t250 platform is a service intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone who has not reached this minimum age is strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform in any capacity.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on t250. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. t250 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for verification purposes. Accounts registered using false information or representing another person without authorisation are invalid and will be closed immediately.
Password Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
As a t250 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or interfere with the t250 platform's systems in any way.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in fraud or deceiving the platform or other users by any means.
- Opening multiple accounts to unlawfully obtain bonuses or benefits.
- Transferring funds between accounts without authorisation or for money laundering purposes.
- Posting content that is offensive, abusive, or threatening towards other users.
- Copying, distributing, or exploiting any platform content without t250's written permission.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the t250 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern financial activity on your account.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via available payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, MyDebit, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method. t250 does not cover any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and belong to the registered user. t250 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any transaction deemed suspicious.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stated timeframe depending on the chosen method. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. t250 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals that require further investigation.
Bonus balances with pending wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met. Full terms for each bonus and promotion are stated on the Promotions respectively.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Platform Liability Limits
T250 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as network issues, system maintenance, or emergencies.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure
T250 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, platform abuse, or suspicious activity.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Any valid cash balance in the account will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once all checks are completed.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content on the t250 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and source code — is the exclusive property of t250 or its respective licensors. No content may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The t250 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. t250 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of such services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Terms Amendments & Governing Law
T250 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via an on-platform notice or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through mutually agreed channels under Malaysian jurisdiction.
